Well hope you liked the choice of song this week! It’s one of my all time favourites because it reminds me of some really great times!

 

Basically the theme of the song is to guess the name of the person who was present at all the major tragic events in history, the lyrics of the song as you can see make reference to a whole range of some quite devasting historical events:

 

·        Biblical references to Jesus being tempted by the devil - Pontius Pilate washing his hands and thereby allowing Jesus to be sentenced to death on the cross

·        The Russian Revolution 1917

·        The Second World War

·        The Hundred Years War

·        The Assasination of JFK

 

Obviously the person in question is the devil or as he is also known Lucifer, Beelzebub, Satan.
